"We purchased a Florida property from out of the state and Rick was super helpful and accommodating. He helped us find the perfect property and was very knowledgeable about the Florida laws and geography. I would highly recommend him!"

"Rick was great to work with. He took the time to really understand what it was we were looking for. As we were out of state he had the extra job of being our eyes when looking at houses that we couldn’t see in person. He made sure to speak up when something wasn’t sitting right with him and offered his expert opinion. He provided great recommendations for everything from security systems, pool companies, restaurants, electricians, etc. He reminded us of important to do items as they came up without being over bearing. We’d recommend working with him 100%."

"Rick is a fantastic realtor who supported me with both buying a new home and selling my current home. His guidance and partnership from start to finish in both processes went above and beyond my expectations. As a resident of the Space Coast, he is an expert on the area and the housing market. He provided patient guidance throughout the process, ensuring we found the perfect new home. His thoughtful advice on pricing and staging was instrumental, and he supported us every step of the way, from inspection to closing. I’m grateful for his support in finding my forever home."
